Welcome home meandyou, :hugs:
Get to NA meetings, find a sponsor, work the steps with your sponsor. If you need help finding meetings you can stop by our chatroom in the evening and ask for help – or you can look in the help for newcomers section of this forum for links to direct you to resources that help finding meetings.
"In this program, the first thing we do is stop using drugs. At this point, we begin to feel the pain of living without drugs or anything to replace them. The pain forces us to seek a Power greater than ourselves that can relieve our obsession to use."

Home meandyou   :hugs:   Glad you are here! Keep coming back and follow the suggestions you are given and you can find yourself again. My 1st sponsor gave me what she called Recovery MAPS that have been great help for me.

M — Meetings – as many as I could get to until I wanted to keep going then keep going because I wanted to.
A — Action – working the steps with my sponsor and develop a support system with my fellow addicts by getting and using phone numbers, especially of other women.
P — Prayers – even when I had no belief in a Higher Power the actions were what was important. The belief came later and continues to grow as I continue working my recovery.
S — Service – give back to NA what was given to me — the path to recovery and how to walk each step of that journey. This has also become service to my community by extension rather than taking from it I’ve learned to give back there as well.

 :hugs:
Unity begins with U-N-I; when one of us is missing both of us will die. Don't let the life NA gave you keep you from service to NA.
