Please help

Im doing this from my phone so bare with me. I am addited to prescribed vicodin.Im taking more that prescribed and when I run out I get sick. Im so ashamed of myself and scares me that I cant imagine my life without it. II am the motjet of two children and have a great husband but im too scared to tell anyone about my problem. Today is day one without my pills. I was taking between six to eight a day. Anyone with any advice would be so appreciated.thank for listening.

I am going to tell another addict that connects from her phone to help you out.  Sorry I am not that familiar with getting in on phones, seems like a lot of people have trouble with that.  Hang in there, man, you can do this!
